At Intensive Driving UK, whether you want a 1 hour lesson, 90 minutes or a 2 hour lesson, the choice is yours. Our 90 minute lessons are very popular with college students, as they fit in well between college lessons.
Block bookings…
Our block bookings are essentially a block of our hourly lessons. If you book a block of 10 lessons, we give you a discount. They are weekly sessions, but buy a block booking you get a discount.
Intensive driving course…
Our intensive driving course consists of a series of lessons that are taught over the course of a week or two. This allows you to learn much more in a shorter amount of time than the average two lessons per week over several months.

Automatic vs manual driving lessons?
In the past, almost all driving lessons were manual. But with the introduction of automatic driving lessons, there are now more people who are learning how to drive with automatic cars.
Popularity of automatic cars has increased, because they’re a lot easier to drive and more fuel efficient. Can I drive a manual car, if I passed in an automatic?
No, you cannot drive a manual car if you’ve passed your driving test in an automatic. If you’ve passed your driving test in an automatic car, your licence restricts you to driving automatic cars only.
What if I need to drive a manual, but passed in an automatic?
To drive a manual car after passing your test in an automatic, you would have to retake and pass the driving test again using a manual transmission, but you will not need to retake the theory test.
